We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to withdraw from your order, simply follow the steps below.

1. Submit Your Withdrawal

Please contact our Customer Service team to inform us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

2. Return the Products

After receiving your withdrawal request, we will provide you with the correct return address and detailed return instructions.

Please securely pack the products you wish to return, preferably in their original packaging, and send them to the return address provided by our team.

3. Wait for Your Refund

Once we have received and inspected your returned products, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If payment was made on delivery, the refund will be transferred to your bank account.

Please do not send your return to the shipping address or to any address shown on your package.

Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, our Customer Service team will provide you with the correct return address and all necessary return instructions.

The original shipping costs and any Shipping Guarantee purchased are non-refundable.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed correctly.

We recommend returning products in their original condition and packaging.
